Dan Donahue is a lifelong resident of Worcester's Quinsigamond Village, raised by a union carpenter and a public school teacher. Dan currently represents the neighborhoods of Quinsigamond Village, Union Hill, and South Worcester in the MA Legislature. He also chairs the Joint Committee on Cannabis Policy.
Each session, he sponsors dozens of bills to safeguard workers' rights across the state, making life easier for working families in Worcester. He cosponsors and supports bills which fund our infrastructure and schools and aim to increase access to childcare, housing, and healthcare. Dan loves reading history, sampling Worcester's food scene, and spending time in the great outdoors.
